Marcelo Tricarico

Senior Expert with the World Bank, UNCTAD, Inter-American Development Bank and INTOSAI, Professor at the National Technology University in Argentina

Marcelo Tricarico is a Senior Debt Management Expert with more than 20 years experience working in public administration, debt management and systems development related issues. He conducted several TA missions with the World Bank, UNCTAD, Inter-American Development Bank and INTOSAI.

Marcelo is a member of the Experts Panel group of DeMPA and  nowadays is a Senior Advisor at the National Internal Control Office in Argentina. Marcelo has been the Director of the DMO at the Ministry of Finance, the Project Coordinator for UNCTAD DMFAS implementation and Integration with the other components of PFM.

His international experience includes programs and consultancies in several countries always in the area of debt management, public finance management and public debt audit. His former responsabilities at UNCTAD as User Representative, Systems Coordinator and Deputy Chief of the DMFAS Programme

Marcelo is also a professor at the National Technological University in Argentina and has produced several papers in the area of Public Debt, Public Debt Management in Federal Countries and Public Debt Management in the context of Public Finance Management.

Eduardo has dedicated the past 20 years of his professional career to spearheading innovation in policy and business through building and leading international multi-stakeholder and cross-sectoral partnerships that shape effective solutions for positive change, and support the creation of a sustainable future for business, society and the environment. 

Eduardo is the Founder and Executive Director of the Responsible Ecosystems Sourcing Platform (RESP). Prior to founding RESP, Eduardo held a number of positions in international organisations, government and multinational companies, including with the United Nations, the Mexican Ministry of the Economy, and General Electric.

Eduardo holds a B.Sc. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a M.A. in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of the University of Geneva. He also holds post-graduate diplomas from the University of Vienna, the University of Geneva and IESE Business School.
